This is the first time that I have worked with a certified personal trainer and I am so happy that I did it! Danielle prepared a customised training plan for me and detailed recommendations regarding nutrition including menu ideas based on my goal. Danielle has experienced weight loss herself and this was very important for me. She provided 24h direct support on Whats App as well! I felt motivated and encouraged during our workouts. And the cherry on top is that she is just a lovely person
