How we can work together

  • I work with women both online (internationally) and in-person in the Cork City/East Cork area
  • I provide monthly training packages comprising of 8 x 45 minute 1:1 training sessions, access to my nutritional course and workbook, and mindset coaching to help you reach your goals.
  • Training online will allow you to workout at any location e.g. your home, office, or even while travelling and is also a more affordable option
  • Taking this time for yourself will have a positive cascade effect in all areas of your life.
