  • Improving your posture after pregnancy, thus reducing aches and pains
  • Improving abdominal separation and pelvic floor strength, and liaising with your doctor or physiotherapist if necessary
  • Gradually returning to your pre-pregnancy weight
  • I provide tailored 1:1 programs, so that your workout routine is specific to your current fitness level, goals, time available and any conditions you may have
  • I modify the routine based on how you are feeling-some days you may have a lot of energy, others you may be tired and some gentle movement is best

How we can work together

  • I work with women both online (internationally) and in-person in the Cork City/East Cork area
  • I provide monthly training packages comprising of 8 x 45 minute 1:1 training sessions, access to my nutritional course and workbook, and mindset coaching to help you reach your goals
  • Training online will allow you to workout at any location e.g. your home, office, or even while travelling and is also a more affordable option
