  • Maintaining your pre-pregnancy fitness level and keeping your energy levels as high as possible
  • Keeping your posture as strong as possible during pregnancy, thus reducing pregnancy-related aches and pains
  • I provide tailored 1:1 programs, so that your workout routine is specific to your current fitness level, goals, time available and any conditions you may have
  • I modify the routine based on how you are feeling-some days you may have a lot of energy, others you may be tired and some gentle movement is best
  • I liaise with your medical professional (doctor, midwife, physio) if necessary to ensure that you are getting consistent and appropriate care

How we can work together

  • I work with women both online (internationally) and in-person in the Cork City/East Cork area
  • I provide monthly training packages comprising of 8 x 45 minute 1:1 training sessions and mindset coaching to help you reach your goals
  • Training online will allow you to workout at any location e.g. your home, office, or even while travelling and is also a more affordable option
